The customer agrees to:

- Pay all service charges on or before the due date.
- Use the internet service only for lawful purposes.
- Keep account credentials and Wi-Fi passwords secure.
- Ensure that connected devices do not negatively impact the network.
3. Billing & Payment
- Monthly service fees must be paid before the due date.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension of service.
- Service will be restored after all outstanding dues have been cleared.
- A reconnection fee may apply where applicable.
- Payments made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by MKZ Online.
4. Installation & Equipment
- Equipment provided by MKZ Online, including routers, ONUs, media converters, or other devices, remains the property of MKZ Online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers are responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of company-owned equipment.
- Customers may be charged for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers must not use the service to:
- Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Distribute malware, viruses, spam, or harmful software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks, systems, or accounts.
- Violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
- Resell or redistribute the internet service without written permission from MKZ Online.
- Perform activities that may disrupt the network or affect other customers.
6. Internet Speed
Advertised internet speeds represent the maximum speed available under normal network conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on:
- Network congestion
- Customer equipment
- Wi-Fi signal quality
- Destination server performance
- Device capabilities
- Other technical factors beyond MKZ Online's control
7. Scheduled Maintenance
MKZ Online may perform scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs to improve network performance and reliability. Whenever possible, customers will be notified in advance.
8. Service Suspension & Termination
MKZ Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:
- Payment remains overdue.
- The customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
- The service is used for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- The customer's activities threaten the stability or security of the network.
9. Privacy
MKZ Online respects customer privacy. Personal information collected during registration and service usage will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
MKZ Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Service interruptions
- Power failures
- Natural disasters
- Third-party network failures
- Government actions
- Events beyond the reasonable control of MKZ Online
11. Force Majeure
MKZ Online shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, fires, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to Terms
MKZ Online reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on our official website or other official communication channels.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
