Internet packages, bandwidth, and recurring subscription services are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable policy or approved by management due to service failure attributable to MKZ Online.
2. Installation / Setup Fees
Installation, survey, or setup charges (if any) are usually non-refundable after work has started or equipment has been provisioned.
3. Hosting & Domain
Hosting and domain-related payments follow the terms of the respective service. Domain registrations are typically non-refundable after successful registration.
4. Shop Products
Physical products purchased from MKZ Shop may be returned or replaced only if defective on delivery and reported within the stated claim window with original packaging and proof of purchase. Used or damaged items may not be accepted.
5. How to Request
Send refund/return requests to care@mkzonline.net with invoice number, service/product details, and reason. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or company-approved channel.
